DO NOT DEFROST, COOK FROM FROZEN
- Add frozen pelmeni to a pot of boiling salted water. Stir gently and bring back to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the pelmeni with a slotted spoon and drain well.
- Serve hot with melted butter or sour cream.
- Do not refreeze once thawed.
