Ingredients: flour, water, vegetable oil shortening, sugar, salt, spices.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Take out one malawach and place in lightly oiled frying pan. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes covered. Turn over and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve with boiled eggs, tomato sauce and Yemenite hot sauce.
FOR STRUDELS: Take out one piece of dough and spread the filling. Roll it up and bake in pre-heated oven at 425 F for about 25 minutes until golden brown. You can fill this dough with fete cheese & potato, chocolate, eggplant, mushrooms, spinach & cheese or any spicy ground meat.
KEEP FROZEN, DEFROSTING NOT NEEDED.
